Common sense na lang eh, napaka laki ng motive to do what they did. I don't think media had influnced my position. Just the history of the Ampatuans and connections to the Arroyos is just telltale signs that they are all criminals.

Im not blaming the media...medium in the Millennium is a great tool!! No one can hide these days. But concern is that most Filipinos that are posting here has already made their minds that all Ampatuans should be responsible...and thats wrong. The media reports the event..they are not judges, jury of the executioner...but again most Filipinos are using this information to draw their conclusion.

can you read what I have commented?I did not even accuse them.I said there are evidences and that's it.Don't try to speak as if you are a Filipino and you saw everything too.All I am trying to imply here is don't generalize.Yes my country has laws and it's up to them to judge what has happened .And yes due process is for the accused.JUSTICE IS FOR THE VICTIM.

You are wrong...it's not evidence if it's coming from the media. Direct evidence is something you actually seen the crime being committed. Your information was relayed to you by the media..you didn't see it happen. You cant jump to conclusion that all ampatuans are guilty because you don't know. That's why your country have laws and due process of law and equal protection of the law for the accused. Due process is not for the victim...it's for the accused.
