Not really. I've seen the first couple of episodes of The Games. Both shows are mockumentaries, both are about organizing the olympics. That's about it, in terms of similarities. Everything else is different: different characters, different scripts, most of all different pacing. The programme it DOES owe something to is People Like Us from 1999. The clumsy style of the narrator is pretty well a rip-off from that show.

What a totally brilliant show...I nearly choked laughing at the one where they had a bus full of visitors and they could see the stadium but couldn't actually get to it!!
