norway now got 100 000 km Coastal line:D because of the fjords and islands. We only got coastXD That line is bigger than australias. But norway is smaller, but fucked up with fjords

@Tordenguden And I don't "tell you about Nordic history" although I claim to know a lot, it was merely a strategic point of view. On a side note, large parts of Norway's coastal defense are elite mobile SAM units, very effective against large warships too large for our ships to handle.

@Tordenguden Your second part of reply; 3; I didn't refer to any specific sea battles. Those examples aren't idiotic, though. But the Finns would i.e. have had a much easier time during WWII (thinking especially of Viipuri) if the allies could've blocked Kattegat, though this is wishful thinking. Those straits are critical for Scandinavia in imagination of a full scale war, which I imagined when I wrote this. As of piracy, there's not much in neither of our waters.. so I guess it's a valid point

this video makes me a proud Norwegian, hope just not the super-social part of the government that nobody actually votes on, but is still in government, does not destroy completely the military power as one would need when the battle for Artic come.
