Just a video about quitting Seroquel cold-turkey and my experience with it. I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 whenever i was 14 yrs old, I am now 22 and I have been taking seroquel for years and I will continue to do so maybe all of my life but this video is a share of my cold-turkey experience which is only a temporary thing.

  • @latinaNaznma wow, sorry to hear that for you; I've been taking Seroquel longer than you, the withdrawals aren't bad compared to other meds (i have vids of other ones), maybe you should consult with your physician, it's not for everyone and sometimes you just need a change in dosage. I take 600mg daily. Any questions ask.

  • Seroquel has actually been the only medication I've ever had withdrawal symptoms from. i have gone off lots of meds like cymbalta, lexapro, zoloft, respiradone, even lithium cold turkey. the next couple days after not taking seroquel have had symptoms like being really itchy, bad stomach ache, and dry eyes, nothing real harmful but very uncomfortable. and of course i wasn't able to sleep for a while! but now i am decreasing my dose from 200 and now i'm on 50 and i feel alot better!

  • I agree so much with what you said about not knowing if it was a dream or not. That has happened to me several times. I would have like 5 dreams and thinking it was real. It was crazy.

  • I've been on Seroquel for years. It never made me drowsy. I can always wake up easy and go to work, even with four hours of sleep. Geodon sucks. It made me sleep 12 hours. I almost failed out of college but like you said, everyone's different with meds.

  • damn cold turkey... the most ive went is maybe 3 or 4 days. after that it gets to bad for me, i cant sleep & my body starts to itch

  • seroquel for me had very bad withdrawl it was like how heroin addicts say theya re dope sick. i didnt come off it by choice but it was the worst time in my life . at this time i want to stop takingh it because it has alot of bad side effects on your health these pills will kill us . I also got into herping . i worked at zoocreatures part of newengland reptiles distributors.

these drugs are a way for the goverment to use population controll

  • How much Seroquel were you on?

  • cital, is a lot harder to get off on, sero, is easy to get off, i love it.. i get all the shit you say of off cital but i just started again

  • i stopped sero cold turkey- i am also bipolar- it stopped workign after 4 years n everythign else i tried i was allergic to- so i said screw it- i also was taking klonipin- but when i stopped taking them- i literally did not sleep or eat for one month!!! i still haven't lost my mind yet- i don't think- why take the shit if it doesnt work anymore?
