My dream bass. Someday.
-
I have a question about the bass amp, how many watts is it?
-
only the bass (Ernie Ball - Music Man - Sting Ray) is amazing... nothing more
-
@greengtrs Sterling Ray34 I meant :)
-
@greengtrs All right, Thanks! I was looking at a Sterling by MM Stingray, fairly cheap.

is this bass good for punk rock music?

@archzurfer If it works for you, then it works...there are no rules (especially with PUNK!!!!)...it's a great, versatile bass! You should go and put a bunch of basses in your hands and choose a few that you like (that you like the basic looks and features of) and then do the blindfolded test...what feels and sounds best to you is the winner.

Would you guys recommend a Sterling Ray34 or a Fender Standard Jazz?

@cursedswordsman Which one feels and sounds best to you? They are both good basses...it's an apple vs. orange comparison...they are different but each is good.

How is the neck compared to a jazz bass? I'm wondering of buying a stingray myself

@Slappinstyle It's more like a P...the Sterlings are smaller...more like the Jazz...and they have more switching capabilities with the extra 3 way selector (both coils in series, parallel, and one single coil by itself)...they are one of my favorites!
