  • What I'm doing is printing out the 3 September 1988 Referendum results that state "local councils" are invalid onto a large 1 x 1 meter board and placing next to my sun chair on the beach. Any "peace officer" that comes and tries to "enforce" mandate on me that given to them by a CORPORATION, will see legal action brought by myself against all parties. Cheers!

  • @AussieMatters Maybe you could call our show next Thursday when we repeat this segment at around 9pm nsw time?

please ban alcohol worldwide : )

  • @2WAYFM LOL, by 9pm next Thursday night (Australia Day) I'll be at the beach and into a third six pack of Extra Dry. (or wrongfully in jail for exercising my Common Law Constitutional rights) Do your own research. All "law" and how it is created and who can enforce them in Australia, falls back on the 1901 Australian Constitution. Go read it. "local councils" are NOT lawfully recognised in Australia. The ABN of the CORPORATION you are submitting your freedoms away too is, 11 236 901 601

  • Why should I recognise this woman? The answer is, I don't have too! The current and valid 1901 Australian Constitution does NOT recognise local council or this woman. This woman is working for a body that has an ABN and are registered with foreign body called the SEC. That makes "local councils" upper case "CORPORATIONS". CORPORATIONS are forbidden to make and enforce "laws" on National Sovereigns. See the aec.gov.au Referendum results from 3 September 1988. I'll be drinking on the beach.
