185 days (26 weeks) Post op! Beginning weight 295, second photo 265, third 235, and final 205!!! Size 22/24 now size 13/14!!

Congratulations on your success...you look marvelous! It drives me crazy when people assume bypass is "the easy route." I've not had it...my sister did and she worked HARD for her success. Bypass is a TOOL not a magic weight loss potion. It takes dedication and commitment to a whole new lifestyle and it is NOT easy. May you enjoy a long,healthy life!!!

@CassandraBlack00 , after reading yr comment, yu really have no idea, having a bypass is so much tougher than doing a diet, you cant have any idea!!!

I have wanted this surgery for years. Ins. won't cover it. I know you have tried every diet etc. Cass really hasn't a clue. You look terrific. Lucky you!

Hummmm i really can't stand watch someone who lost weight thanks to a bypass, i mean, you need to suffer diets and excersise so, when you finally reach the desire weight, you feel amazing.
I'm really happy for you beautiful girl, but i think you should have tried diets and cardio everyday.

How much did you lose and in what time frame? Gastric? wow...these pictures are so inspirational...you do look wonderful and am sure feel sooooooo much better. And it doesn't look like you have ANY sagging skin? Did you work out while losing? I know that is key to keeping the skin tight! good job!
