EDIT: Halliburton's stock price rose 600% between October 7, 2002 and June 30, 2008, the end of the quarter before the financial crisis.

Speaking of Halliburton They were suppose to keep the water clean for the soldiers to bathe in when a soldier seen something in the john and did some tests on the water and found out that it was full of bacteria.Also they were asked by a employee what to do when the trucks had a flat tire and were told to blow it up tax payers will buy another one.The workers turned on them when about 12 trucks were sent in a area where soldiers were bombed before and only a couple trucks made it back they knew.
