Talk about rare and hard to find! One of the shortest-lived shows that, in the great annals of television history, will never be remembered!!

No Robocop est un cyborg. Yo-Yo a été de plus près, mais de loin ... tout à fait loin, lié à la Terminator.

Ha ha! Wonder if this was an early predecesser to "ROBOCOP"?

No. Robocop was a cyborg. Yo-Yo was more closely, albeit distantly...QUITE distantly, related to The Terminator.

I remember reading how Schuck and Shull were going to be, according to ABC, the Martin and Lewis of the 1970s. Still waiting, boys.

You're right, but the Terminator, at least the Arnie model, was also a cyborg albeit the other way around. He was a machine with biological components, specifically skin blood and muscle to help him blend in with humans, as I'm sure you're well aware.

And it gets confusing because the story makes it seem that Yo-yo acquired human emotions. Many stories have robots that acquire human emotions, but that is fantasy.

Yo-yo and Robocop and the Six Million Dollar Man were similar, but there were key differences. Yo-yo was a robot that was designed to seem very much like a human so that observers thought that he was a human. Robocop was a human, and he acquired robotic parts that gave him great powers, and it changed his appearance. The Six Million Dollar Man was a human who acquired robotic parts that gave him great powers without changing his appearance.

Howard Chaykin claims that Robocop ripped off his American Flagg. And of course Cameron admitted Terminator was inspired by the Outer Limits' Soldier by Harlan Elllison.
