How do you play this game? is it like a

Wow, I don't have this game and I'm fascinated. But what's that card like things with people speaking? And in the bottom there's 60/100.... is that some kind of Light's HP? If it becomes 0, then he's completely revealed as Kira?

1. They're talking fast because of the high FPS of Emulators.
