This is shocking! It seems nobody wants to step forward to stop it because they fear the ones who is doing the atrocities. If the women are being in rape when they go out to get firewood for cooking, and the men fear that they would be killed if they go out with the women, then why not just let the men go out to get the firewood. Instead of questioning the veracity of the alleged rape, why dont the humanitarian aid commisioner provide armed men for their safety.

I cannot help but to question if the Humantarian Aid Commissioner has actually tried to talk to these women?
It is not difficult to imagie the victims being in shock and denial~but it seems that he is way out of touch with national reality.
