I agree, this video is not legit. The only REAL way to defog goggles, and keep them defogged is by spreading a thin layer of super glue over the inside of the lenses. Once the super glue dries, it becomes transparent and moisture will not stick to it. This also works for scratches on the outside of the lenses. It fills in the scratches and makes them like new again!! Enjoy.

Anyone with a little bit of chem knowledge will pick up on the fake nature of this video:
At 0:37 he says bandages use polychloroprene as an adhesive. Polychloroprene is the scientific name for neoprene (used in wet suits and rash guards, for example) -- it certainly isn't an adhesive.
At 0:45 the products of the chemical reaction he claims takes place are carbon monoxide (CO), hydrochloric acid (HCl) and ammonia (NH3). Definitely not things I'd want floating around in front of my eyes.
