Chicago mills and tumblers aren't terrible,let's just say that their belts are terrible. Simply use STRONG rubber bands or vacuum belts.

TheChicago tumbler frustrated me beyond limits. The belt broke 2 days into the first stage of polishing. The belts cost less about $1 so I ordered 10. ALL 10 broke but I finished ONE complete polish. I went to order more belts they raised the price to over $3 each. Every attempt I made to contact the company failed. The entire tumbler was a piece of belt-eating junk. The company couldn't pay me to have another one. NEVER buy a Chicago Brand tumbler. A good tumbler costs about the same price.
