as a student of economics, I can't believe this sort of video is taken seriously. the only part of the video that is true is the goldsmith part, starting at 3:39, up until he decides to make loans for gold he doesn't have at 7:08, after that, it's a complete lie. when you deposit money, the bank must keep 10% on hand, and can then loan out the other 90% and generate revenue. If banks were able to just "create" money out of thin air, it would totally destabilize the entire economic system.

You are being victims of Mind control when you go out and buy electronics that you cannot afford, just for a moment of pleasure or to get to a certain point of popularity. Stop following trends and start thinking more simple, because you know and I know that expensive material can be your down fall if you are not one of these greedy bastards with money coming out of your ass!

This is the reason I don't buy anything on credit, if I can't afford it, I don't buy it! I don't care that people think I am cheap or if they think I am a "LOSER" for not having so many luxuries. I don't need a freakin ipod when I have my mini laptop. I am very happy with this thing. I can use the internet, listen to music and watch movies, watch the news, watch a show here and there. Why do I need to spend on separate things. I don't really need a tv, or a stereo system, or a pc,
