The name of the song is called "La Dance Du Café" on the "Safar Barlik" soundtrack. I've also heard this dancer's name was Kawakib, in case you wanted another confirmation.

I have seen the movie. It is " Safar Barlik" They are talking turkish because the movie was about how the turkish Ottomans were occupying Lebanon, but this is a Lebanese music, and a Lebanese movie :)
