Some load of bullshit this is. The phenomena that you see are what meteorologists call "sun dogs". It's when ice crystals refract sunlight high above the atmosphere and the result is what appears to be a second sun. And BTW if there was a binary sun system in our solar system our gravity would be pretty much have been fucked up alot.
