Cool workout just your breathing technique is far of there bud. Might suggest Smaller weights because seems Like your having trouble with that little weight and slooooooow down. Your only thinking your working harder when in reality your just wasting your time.

Very good video, but I think you would find this interesting. Dr. Stuart Mcgill is an absolute genius when it comes to the spine and I think you should check out some of his writing. Some of the stuff you're doing can be detrimental to the back over time, but I do like them haha.

@agentpaperman It's called proper workout management. Breathing out is a technique to loosen you muscles and make them more relaxed. Also you keep your strength longer and can do more reps.
