Not bad for self taught. However your pull from the floor is awful. That is what is causing you to jump forward. The first pull is for positioning, in the beginning stages of learning to O-lift the first pull should be slow until it becomes second nature. Other than the your speed through the middle is good and you seem stable up top so its all good.
is the jump necessary? it seems dangerous to me...

@nupersoob Very old video, shitty technique. Definitely jumping too much a jump is involved but not focused on as much as this. Not really dangerous tho, just not correct
