Not by any means, the GOW2 matchmaking system is a joke. GOW had it right...just choose a game type/map and jump in.

I haven't been able to play gears of war 2 in months, it has found no players, please I'm so tired of modern warfare 2 someone help.

I always try Elimination first, if that doesn't work then I try Player's Choice. If that doesn't work Flashback players choice ALWAYS seems to work for me.
