Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask: Stone Tower Temple (part 8)

In the Boss Room and fights against the temple's boss, Twinmold. Fights and defeats Twinmold and gets a Heart Container and Twinmold's Remains. Steps into the blue light and Link is teleported and have now freed the last Giant. Link gets teleported to Ikana Canyon and from there, enters the Fairy's Fountain and meets the Great Fairy of Kindness who gives Link the Great Fairy Sword. Afterwards, goes out, plays Song of Time and goes back to Day 1.

Easiest way to kill them (without Giant's Mask) is to shoot 3 fire arrows into the blue one's eyes, then 3 ice arrows into the red one's eyes.
