30th Anniversary Celebration of the World Religions Conference: [Welcome Remarks by the Moderator, Gary Doyle, K-W's Famous 570 Newstalk Radio Host] held October 16, 2010 at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. This conference is organized by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Canada with the cooperation of several cities, academic institution, faith based associations, students clubs and numerous other organizations. The objective of the event is to promote mutual understanding and respect between the followers of various faiths. Scholars of various religions express the beauties of their respective faiths, in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere of love and brotherhood. Faith groups present spiritual poems and songs. The organizers and partners of this event believe in the value of interfaith interaction, for education of other faiths and enriching the awareness of God. The interfaith concept is a unifying vehicle, which can aid in bringing the reformation of the world nearer to reality. This year's conference is moderated by a famous talk radio host Gary Doyle. Gary is a 34 year veteran of teh airwaves. He is heard daily in the Kitchener-Waterloo on 570news. "Gary Doyle Show" is known as the voice of the Waterloo Region. Gary brings a non-controversial and non-confrontational approach to topics of lifestyle, religion, money, health, finances and more. The father of two grown sons, Gary and his wife Brenda plan on traveling and spending more time together. When it comes to his show "great conversation trumps interviewing anytime."
