theory: I think smile and the whole gang collection of it is a rumor, and anyone marked with it is against her( teasing her, bullies, ect.) the girl behind the smile man must be the starter of said rumor; and to stop you from killing her, she hides behind her brother; the starter of the rumors and your bully. the boy on the roof must of been a friend, but killed himself when he couldn't make up his mind.
