Its ok to have a laught except for in London, we have to call every customer sir or madam and have to use scripts given to us to communicate with customers.
We have I bus aswell,
Plus the company I work for we have to get permission from our Oncall Press Officer for an communication with a passenger. London is very Press Orientated, the money is good in on £16 per hour excluding Performance related bonus. In my depot most of us are on a basic of £30k per year
