Benzo had a challenge issued to him to make this Jeep SCREAM! This Jeep is decked out with 2 sets of MB Quart Premium PVI216 6.5" components and 40mm WideSphere tweeters powered by an MB Quart Discus DSC280 per pair. The lows are brought in by 4 Hifonics Zeus ZX12D2's powered by a Hifonics Brutus BXI1610D. Impactful lows, tight accurate bass through a wide range of frequencies, and mids/highs that will make your ears ring!

Speakers , Subs and Amps .

  • I have to admit, in this build, those HiFonics subs sound good.

  • @ivysdave Thanks for the feedback.

  • how much can they take. i got a discontinued crunch gp4150 doing 150x4 @ 4 ohms. Between these and the zxi6.5c which is better for this amp? I plan to pick up 2 sets of these or the zxi6.5c for this amp. Trying to keep up with 4 aq 12s off of a crunch gp3000d( old true 3000 watt amp).

  • @yugo8620 The PVI216's are more balanced and versatile as they can be used as coaxials or components. The Zeus ZXi6.5C's are very loud and clear and typically less expensive in most shops.

  • @ivysdave nothing wrong with hifonics. their amps are better. but subs arent bad. i had a set of 2 12" square brutus.

  • @rsmelto There are going to be a lot of updates that we will show at CES in January 2011. ;-)

  • MaxxsonicsUSAInc, is there is going to be a 2011 Atlas series, or is the current model hanging around for another year? i think the Zeus subs are ready for an update too, right?

  • that is sick, but i gues he has no more trunk space though loooll

  • @ThePSPmasterx The PVI series feature a composite, anti-resonant basket, an advanced crossover, 40mm WideSphere tweeter and far superior sound quality with similar overall loudness.

  • @MaxxsonicsUSAInc by how much more do they outperform the zxi's?
