The primary technique is a firmans carry,with the secondary reaction from the opponent being a sprawl.We made the sprawl less dynamic in this video so you would be able to catch the technique of hand and body position.With practice you would increase the intensity of the sprawl(single hip down,and double leg sprawl) to progress to action reaction of the three variations.
