Tui the African Grey has a Tantrum. When parrots attack! Parrot gives a verbal bashing

Tui my African Grey Parrot shows an understanding of the words and tone used to express them when she has a tantrum and unleashes a verbal bashing. This was the first and only time she did this, and you will see I made a bird talking training mistake of not ignoring it. I should have not given positive reinforcement but I was surprised she had heard and learnt how to yell and scream

Ya, thar bird isn't misstreated. She's happy & being a parrot. They are always loud & noisy talkers. Its easy enough to get frustrated and tell them to shut up, much as u would tell a barking dog to shut up, only the dog can't repeat it! Haha. I think its really cute!! Adorable!

@universalradio he wasn't mistreating the parrot dewd, he probably just got frustrated and yelled at the bird, and the next time she imitated what he said before in his frustration, leading to the argument. the bird seems to be fine :U

Asshole. I cant stand morons who think they know how to train animals, and totally misuse and overdo the word "dominance". I have Thoroughbred horses, dogs, cats, and a grey parrot who was mishandled by a twit like this. Makes my skin crawl.
