So they are actually standard TR6 pistons? Wo'nt it leek then? I thought you had to get some custom made pistons.

@atlegranby Thanks for the response... I believe it should be possible to extract close to 200bhp if it's built right... mine will be in a Vitesse...

What kind of pistons do you use?? And are there any other mods you did? Sound great, that's for sure. I'd love to have an engine like this in my GT6. Is it expensive?

The pistons is the doommed ones in max oversize. It is a (very) fast road camshaft innstalled, dual springs on the valves, stage 4 head og duplex drive on the camshaft, 6 khenin carburettors and finaly a happy man..... :-)

2.7, is this a bored 2500, or another engine, I have been thinking of doing a 2.7 for a while, it is possible, just with the standard block....
If that's what you've done, how has it been?

Hi.
Yes it is a 2500 block that is bored to max oversize. Actually it is a former racing engine from UK. It was used in race when I gor hold of it. The engine is performing really well, and going to get a long life in my car.
