Given the situation is China, with the quarantined Mexican travelers, what rights should quarantined travelers have internationally? How does immigration not have anything to do with the spread of disease. Does no one remember the measles epidemic a back in 1997. An outbreak of 149 people result largely from travel to Britain. Britain, was suffering from an outbreak due to people not being immunized. These individuals brought it back to the US and spread it to non-immunized individuals. Not saying we need to shut down international travel, nor am I blaming any particular country but precaution should be taken to isolate the
