Timesplitters 2 (PS2) Online with Xlink (10/30/09)

This multiplayer game of Timesplitters 2 was played online on 10/30/09 with a program called Xlink Kai ( http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/ ). It lets you play PS2 games online even once their online servers are taken down. This means that ps2 games can be played online forever. The catch is it only works with games with a LAN mode. This is because the program uses a games LAN to trick the game into thinking players across the world are playing on its Local Area Network (LAN).

@midgarzolon You need to be more specific. I do not know what you mean by "chip" or what the "it" is that you are trying to configure.

@Lazyhoboguy Ummm... chip means chip=modchip, its the same in spanish and english ¬¬, used to play copy games... im sorry if i dont know the english word for it but theres no other "chips" for PS2....

and "it" is Xlink, which u are usin to play the PS2 online

@midgarzolon Well no you do not need to mod your ps2 or anything to play this online with xlink.

Hey, good to hear you like the game and want to try playing it online with Xlink. I just moved due to a mold problem at my apartment, so won't be setup to even play xlink for at least a week.

If you want to try playing this over Xlink with someone else register on onlineconsoles*.*com (take out the *s). post in game organization on the ps2 section of the site to schedule a game.

no idea, and I don't care to find out really. Emulators are something i am not really interested in learning about.
