Baby Robos - 6 days

Baby roborovski hamsters at 6 days.

Their first forays out of the nest usually happen this way; dragged out because they wouldn't let go while nursing. Mom may seem a little rough, but she's actually very gentle with them. The pup is just being squirmy and difficult.

The natural inclination is to help, but you should avoid touching babies this young unless you feel they're in danger if you don't. Their mom will figure it out.

@Jockalicious1 She was just trying to get the baby back to the nest. When it was upside down waving its legs she was having trouble picking it up.

I have to admit I know she's trying to help the baby get back and you can't touch it but it still looks kinda sad and violent. lol. still super cute though. =)
