Originally assembled on July 3, 1963, this 1963 Corvette is one of the very last Split Window Coupes built. This car is in particularly nice condition inside and out, as it should be with with just 37,586 documented original miles! This car's paint is recent, and in excellent condition with a deep shine. Chrome bumpers are in very good condition, not showing any pitting or even any real patina to speak of. All exterior glass with the exception of the windshield shows a correct date code. Exterior door handles are in overall good condition with typical light pitting. Weatherstripping is brand new and in excellent condition; 3 of the 4 taillights show typical very small hairline cracks. This 1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe wears knockoff style wheels, which look to be recent and are in very good condition with very good condition spinners. These wheels are wrapped with Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 blackwall tires, which look to be nearly new with an average of 11/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this car shows good condition seat covers, door panels, and steering wheel, and a very good condition center console. Seatbelts look to be recent and are in very good condition; correct loop carpet is in good to very good condition. Gauges are in very good condition with no fading and good lenses. An original AM/FM radio is currently installed. The numbers matching engine in this 1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe shows casting date June 17, 1963, and final assembly date June 20, 1963. Correct intake manifold, ignition shielding, hoses, and hose clamps are in place, and the frame is rust-free and very solid. We have records for this car dating back to 1978, including several mileage statements, the first dated 1979 when it had roughly just 7,000 miles less than it shows now.
