ADl115, it's not a private server, not even faster vid to show the hast rating, he's using the best lvl 60 trinket of the hast rating for mages, it drops from BlackWing Lair, it gives like 300-400 hast rating for 20 secs, 5Min CD !

So yeah let me clarify some things.
I was using the Mind Quicking Gem from Blackwing Lair, and a Haste Potion, than just spamming arcane missles. This WAS on a live server, not some fake private.
And the movie now makes no sense thanks to WMG's tight assholes.
