Its about a serial killer? A lady who's been augmented with cybernetic parts so much that she hardly feels human anymore so she kills ( and masterbates furiously) to feel human.

Them were the days,back in vhs land.my uncle was a manga nut,we watched these over and over till the tape wore out and would not play any more due to bad sound and picture quality.

Agreed, Anime during the 80's & 90's was so ahead of its time that sadly it has up and left the scene. However stuff like this brings back wonderful memories.
