I know Daniel. He is doing his best to find and follow a true path, and not afraid to share his experiences with other, both luminous and embarrassing. He is pretty fearless, and not a slave to the opinions of others. I don't always agree with him, but I respect his honesty. If he were simply shilling new age schlock, he would not have put such an early "sell-by" date on his message - 2012. Res ipsa loquitur. Don't criticize the man if you don't know him. But feel free to comment on his ideas.

i own and have read both of Pinchbeck's books - they are childish, pretentious, poorly written and scattered. i thought his ideas seemed interesting at first, but soon into reading them it became clear that he is just a sad man going through a big ayahuasca midlife crisis to compensate for his failed relationships. he dedicates his second book to his daughter...maybe instead of running around documenting his childish delusions he ought to try...oh i don't know...raising his own child?
