Stride Gum is the ridiculously long-lasting gum. What do you do if your consumers love the flavor so much, they're not spitting out the gum quick enough to chew the new flavors? Well, as these two spots show, you blatantly threaten them with bodily harm!

With pure ingenuity and shameless capitalist audacity, the Stride marketing team individually targets its loyal consumers and then forces them to spit it out!

In 'Ram' an innocent and oblivious young office executive is bucked over by a rampaging ram in an office park. And in 'Giant', a simple trip to a supermarket by a Stride chewer turns into a harrowing experience as he is accosted by a German rambling man-beast in a wrestling suit.

We're told no one was really harmed in the making of the commercials. And the new flavors are being hastily gobbled up by consumers. Just goes to show that a little friendly violence never hurt anybody.
