This video is beyond inspiring. Proof that you never give up, regardless of the circumstances. To say that I had tears well up is an understatement.

Hey its Trevor from gekiryudojo!

Mikhail is a scary guy isn't he? Looks like a darts player, but not a guy you would want to mess with based on the videos I've seen.
Good luck with the MS mate.

@RMANW you dont know the the whole story Paul, my physiotherapist helped me get better after an exacerbation, but Systema breathing and work kept my MS from getting me in a wheelchair for 15 years! My physiotherapist did not know that I had stenosis in both Jugulars my left is 2mm wide. physio would not help it took a procedure to fix it!

Trevor's recovery has everything to do with the work of his physiotherapist, not systema.

@StrengthFromAbove83 Very true. Humility is martial arts, and real life is a virtue. If you don't acknowledge that something can be improved, you can never better yourself.
Good job, Trevor. You look very healthy, and I wouldn't even know that you had any sort of nerve issues. Good work, keep it up!
Trev is an awesome inspiration and teacher. Very humble.

The main point is the training makes for a morally strong, spiritually, mentally and physically strong person. All diseases are dis- eases, and so mental and psychological conditions can change illness for better or worse. A physiotherapist has their role, so does the systema. Normal everyday sufferers of MS ( none martial artist ones) do well with the disease when their mental moral state is strong. So everyone can benefit from systema or other systems. It aint all about fighting.
