definitly. Items add sooooooooo much skill to this game. i know that without them you need skill to beat your enemy, but not as much as tring to defeat an enemy who has a weapon.

how did you unlock that rock version of kirby music? someone plz tell me

Yea, I know. I keep in touch with the competitive scene, its just I am absolutely certain that Janx0r is not a competitive player and probably has no idea how the real competitive players play. He just strikes me as the kind of person who claims that No items, Fox only, Final Destination is the only way to play.

items don't add skill to the game. they detract from skill. they do add fun and craziness to the game though, so theres no reason to rag on people who use them. and theres no reason to rag on people who don't use them. celtic your "fox only fd" is not true.
I'm a PC gamer.. Bioshock, quake, halflife and of course WoW and oldschool RTS (C&C and Warcraft series) so don't bash me when I ask what console is this on?

...you're kidding, right? It's Smash Bros! Nintendo's best exclusive!

Oh! A level full of spikes and falling orange blocks. I can't believe no one has thought of that yet...

I can't tell if that's sarcasm or not...
either way, the focus of the map is aerial combat without the threat of running out of jumps and falling to death. Only way to do that was to utilize spikes to seal off the ground, and orange blocks to drop them into the box.

Just for the record, you can start them in the box without chance of escape using an entire ceiling of spikes.

That's a good idea, actually.
I just tried it, and I needed to put in two more orange blocks in the stage for players 3 and 4 to start on, but whatever.
