  • I have a question. I am a guy and do these because I cant do normal squats due to mobility issues. I sometimes have pain in the center of my knee when doing these. Any idea why?

  • @CIarKent i dont know how shoes would make it better or worse for you, if you think wide is best then do it that way. if you are looking for instructional videos about how to squat, search "so you think you can squat", its a 5 part series, and much better then this.
