@imasuper0308 Was that about 15 mph wind there Dell? And what is the max wind speed should a person fly their paramotor at. Any thing above 10 mph I usually call it a day

Hi Dell. Wanted to ask your opinion on the A & C launch technique. That is where you have the A's in one hand and the C's in another rather than the conventional method.

@iftyshifty Nope not for paramotoring as you have a throttle in your hand so it isn't realistic. One finger on each A for a reverse. Best way to go.

What is that technique? I mean just before pulling up the glider, you pull hard and quickly the breaks... I have never seen or done that.. Is it good because of the high wind speed? Thanks!

@dahlolsen That is actually wrong. They were trying to bounce the glide off the ground which is the correct technique but if it is already on the ground then hitting the brakes doesn't work as well. If you start to pull it up and it just doesn't go then yes you can hit the brakes, bring it back down and then immediately pull it back up using it's own energy to "bounce" it off the ground. That does indeed work awesome if it is windy.

@cled66 Hi, this was upwards of about 20 mph wind. Usually beginners are good to up to about 15. It really just depeneds on skill level & equipment though.
