Bastrop LA Police Will NOT Arrest Her Part 2.avi

In Sept 2009 Crystal Carter said she was going to burn down the white MF neighborhood. I asked the Bastrop Police's Chief Black to intercede and arrest her based on Louisiana law. He nor the Mayor acted on my request. On June 16, 2010 my apartment building burned doing $31,000 in damages. Crystal lives just 60 seconds walking distance from the fire. A few days after I asked the state fire Marshall to have her arrested, and he agreed, she moved out! The lack of action by Chief Black and the Mayor and D.A. Jerry Jones is an example of why Louisiana is considered the number one state for being "lazy". The woman said she was going to burn my property, now arrest her! This was a racially motivated hate crime covered up by a black police officer and a black mayor. Comments are blocked, so don't bother sending your crude, stupid remarks. UPDATE--Bastrop Police have been sued. Court is 6/27 at 9 PM
