Defeated Woden now, released my final mage with the Wand of Apocalypse and got Rufus up to 2400 MAG.
Nothing hard so far.

You'll be fine. I didn't release anyone at all so you have that advantage though it would have better to save them for Hrist/Brahms since their weapons are a lot stronger. As long as you can break Gabriel and EQ's armor (so they will always regenerate), there shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure you have a tank with fire resistance (Lezard / Dirna).

I've been using Zunde with Tyrith for Might Reinforce/general tanking+done the Tri-emblem sidequest, so I don't expect any problems as I can get the White Loincloth+Transvestal Law.
By the way, what are the exact rules on the minibosses? I could jump over the Highlander after escaping, does that mean that I'm not allowed to fight him?

Weird, I thought I posted a comment but just in case, you only have to fight the minibosses if they are required to advance further in the game. I didn't know you could jump over Highlander tbh. Also, I fought the optional bosses in the game as well. I guess you can call it a no random battle challenge then.

Done. Zunde did 35-40k damage, pretty good without the 50% sealstones, Heroism or Solitary Struggle, or even without any slayer skills:x
Kind of easy, only game overed once on Gabriel and once on Frigga. Used only 5 charge breaks, all of them on EQ.

Congrats, yeah, once you know the weakness of the bosses, it's not really difficult.
