Hensley was the driving force behind Uriah Heep („Easy Livin`, „Lady In Black) in the years 1969-1980 . The Interview took place two days after Michael Jackson left the planet. The world of entertainment has lost a genius ... and his music sure is an infinite subject to his fans all over the world.

i think back to the time of my early teens and realizing i wanted to play musical instruments , and through my study of photo's and reading the various album sleeves and covers and reviews of magazines . it was then that i aquired my inital impression through ken hensley of what a band leader was .

especially so upon seeing him perform on different instruments , his flying v and hammond organ ect.

he's such a wonderfully gifted person , god bless ken !!!
