  • 100 pull ups in a session. thats just incredible. Its given me something to aim for. I think I m doing well if i manage 30....LOL. You have raised the bar!

  • Glad to inspire....I am pretty much in maintenance right now....Happy to be Fit but everyday is a fun challenge;)

  • You have it backward sweethart. Push ups with your feet raised high are inclines. You feel it more on upper pecs and shoulders.

  • this chick is a straight soldier,am a guy and jus started getting back into training,but dont think i cud have ficnished what she was doin,but i do weigh a lot more than her,non the leess very good never thought females can do more than 20pushups max

  • perfect push up is great, but the pull up one i don't reccomend.

  • Tremendous vid! Not bein sexist, nut its gr8 2 c a woman graftin hard wiv gr8 techneek. Lot ov women I c workin out dnt show much passion4 trainin. Just go thru the motions. Gud 2 c ur trainin hard.
