@bubblinbrownsugar616 Obama had a full Democrat Congress the first two years of his presidency, so he could have done anything and everything he wanted to to improve the economy. But did he? No. Instead he passed a bogus health care bill that no one wanted. So, yeah, your argument is completely invalid.
The Republicans are doing exactly what they were elected to do. To stop the radical policies of the President from being passed.
