demi:*opens her locker then sees a bunch of roses with a note sticked to it.
it says:
dear demi,
i dont know how many bunches of roses i need to give you just so you can forgive me but i'll do whatever it takes for you to forgive me.

demi:*looks around then sees joe leaning against his locker looking at her*
joe:*smiles apologetically*
demi:*rolls her eyes. she takes the roses out of her locker then throws it at the garbage can*
joe:*sighs*

**IN CLASS**

demi:*writing down notes*
joe:*passes a small note to demi*
demi:*looks at it; it says "im sorry pls forgive me". she takes it then crumples it*
joe:demi...
demi:*ignores him*
joe:demi please just listen
demi:*still ignores him*
joe:fine. but you cant ignore me forever
demi:*mumbles*i can if i want to
joe:*sad*

**AT LUNCH**

kevin&nick&demi:*sitting at their usual table*
joe:*goes towards them then sits down*
demi:i think im gonna go now. bye nick..bye kev *stands up*
kevin:why?you havent eaten anything yet
demi:its okay *looks at joe* i just lost my appetite *leaves*
joe:*sighs* she really hates me that much. doesnt she?
nick:if it makes you feel any better i think she hates camilla more
joe:uh..thanks but for some reason i think i just felt worse
nick:just trying to help
kevin:why dont you just stop your obsession with camilla. its the easiest way to make demi forgive you
joe:its not that easy
kevin:well then why dont you try. if youre just gonna sit around there nothing is gonna happen
joe:but..its just that ive been inlove with camilla for years and i really think that i have a chance with her now. its not easy to just let it all go
nick:so what are you saying? its easy to just let go of demi while its hard when it comes to camilla? wow joe, you really need to decide what your priorities should be
joe:im not saying that its easy to let go of demi..its just that..*sighs* things are complicated right now
kevin:that's not a reasonable excuse joe. does camilla even love you back?
joe:i guess so
kevin:see?! youre not even sure! youre gonna throw everything away just for someone who youre not even sure of if she has REAL feelings for you! is that a sacrifice you willing to make joe?! are you sure that you love her?
joe:i..i..
kevin:you cant even say it. joe what you have for camilla is nothing but lust. lust is extremely different from love.
joe:*looks down*
nick:joe remember when we were kids? demi gave the kid who's bullying you her lunchmoney just so he would stop. why cant you stop being so selfish and give up something for demi for a change? sure she has a funny way of showing it but she cares alot about you joe
joe:just..i just need time to think *stands up then leaves*

**JOE'S POV**

who am i kidding? nick and kevin are right. i have been nothing but a selfish jerk all this time. i cant let go of demi but after all this time, will i be able to let go of camilla? i feel like my heart has been split up into two pieces. i dont know what to do. everything is so confusing right now. i didnt know things could fall apart so easily. i didnt know that everything will be so....COMPLICATED.
