  • It sounds to me like the issues are possibly causation and the question of what injury occured, assume your solicitor has got your medical evidence together , ensure your witness statements are deailed and good look, Your point about punitive damages wont apply. Good luck and obviously this is not intended to be legal advice just my opinion from looking at couple of your videos sure your solicitor can answer many of your questions.

  • Hi magnumpioahu, thank you for the information I have not had much luck with PI Solicitors' unfortunately. I do believe that this would be an interesting case to follow thanks again.

  • Hmm, you've done nothing wrong. I can't imagine that the Defendants in this case could have anything to refute this case. If I saw washing machines stored on a high level shelf at my local Costco, I'd be hoppin' mad. It's just negligent!! Peace to you and yours.

  • Hi Gemm73, when you are taking on our modern day "God" everything that you have done in your life may work against you, funny that I have been this cleanest of clean person without any records of any type that would work against me, but they have tried to dig and dig right to this current day to use every word that is "spoken" against us, failing to materialize whatever they need they are starting to make it up with the help of all those who represent our case.

  • @ammannojacku morality is a large part of a legal system. define: guilty. you can be guilty by negligence which I would expect to be the case in relation to the conduct of the party in question. But say for instance someone was leaning out of a window that should not have been opened, but secured by a rope poorly attached to a radiator, which broke leading to an accident. Leaving the window open would be negligent, but then so would the activity of the injured party. Don't mention the rope!

  • No. The courts look for the truth and make a decision based on the evidence in terms of damages and compensation. Then they look at legal costs, this is separate. Everyone involved in the case has a duty to asist the court in finding the truth and making the process as easy as possible, if you cause problems it takes longer and costs more. so to discourage this, if you act badly you may have to pay your own costs even if you win, and maybe even the other side's costs to make up for bad conduct.

  • Lelby2 when the court comes to assess matters such as who pays the legal costs for each side they consider the "conduct" of each party*** Excuse me ! do U mean that the court does NOT seek for the TRUTH and facts based on testable evidence but just look at the " CONDUCT of each party"????

is this how the legal system in England??

  • You're really not doing yourself any favours by posting these, I don't say this to be mean. My point is that when the court comes to assess matters such as who pays the legal costs for each side they consider the conduct of each party, even if you win the court may consider these videos alledging some sort of conspiricy on the part of the defendants to be in bad taste and not helpful to the cause in which case you may end up paying your own costs anyway. It's not in your best interests.

  • English people and many others.

See, you also have many distractions and tv cults around everybody. Entertainement, they say. Now, its NOT ART. ITS ENTERTAINEMENT.

    ENTERTAINEMENT For what ?

  • 2-

Well, english people allow it for the first time to fathers, then to mothers and couples, now what ? They will run away ? Or "fight for their rights" ?

Well, I'm a believer, but we must fight. Legally, in the streets. Call it a crusade, lol, for justice.

  • Yes, Colin, you have to be careful. New "gods" have their dogmas, you already know it by now. Its a "modern sin" to tell the truth.

It remembers me, and is my opinion, that it all starts decades ago, when many courts begun to take away kids of their fathers with no good reason. At all. Then, to mothers and couples to forced adoptions (Of course, kinda business ). Now even a washing machine falls in your head or your wife's, its your fault. Its your "new sin". They think are gods

  • it is exactly this kind of behavior that has drawn me to look ever so closely at all the procedures and policies that given down to the man in the street from a higher place, and during this closer look I have deliberately sent letters and on receiving a reply when lucky enough, i have found more and more reason to look even closer. It has only motivated me to make a life's promise, until the day I die, my fight will be to expose the vile order of things. UNTIL THE DAY I DIE. Nieve''
