A fresh version (with better sound) of my George Formby Meldey. As always it's in the Blackpool style (or close to it ). Rounding off with the full version of Beside the Seaside.

  • Outstanding performance and such realistic Blackpool registrations. The console is fantastic - Was it self built? Gary

  • @gaz9601

Thank you for the comment Garry!

The console was indeed self built (a joint effort with my dad). New speakers to be installed very soon as well so the sound should be dramatically improved.

  • @spudweiser0 Have you considered what it might sound like by running the speakers Isomonically with a C channel and a C# channel ( like the great Gulbransen Rialto K and Rialto II)? The principle is that the 4ths and 5ths do not clash in the speakers or amp, but instead blend in the air, just like how real symphonic music and real pipes do. My Rialto II has a Leslie 705 for the tibia through a rotosonic Leslie & then the 705 also has a 15'' and two 6x9 which play iso', but it also has two 540's.

  • very good

  • I was wondering where you got the music for I do like to be beside the seaside?

It would certainly be fun to play on my local church organ!

  • Living in Blackpool and regularly visiting the Tower - this is excellent! I have a Conn 651 Theatre Organ does it cost a fortune to link one of these items to the instrument?

  • как у вас получилась Mixturi?
