  • Dead Can Dance are truly one of a kind. There are no other musical groups that can really be compared to them.

  • People who understand music as it should be expressed. Outside of the box everything is more beautiful.

Dead Can Dance; music with deeper subjects who is yet still in perfect harmony.

    DCD forever!

  • Dead Can Dance might be reuniting. Brendan says they're releasing a new album as DCD in 2012.

  • Lisa Gerrard is shockingly beautiful here. Her beauty is just as exotic as her voice.

  • It's pretty interesting listening to Brendan and Lisa's speaking voices as opposed to their lower singing voices. I always thought they'd have low voices.

  • LISA'S HAIR! OMG! AWESOME!

  • When I first heard the male voice of DCD, I heard a reincarnated Jim Morrison come back to us singing in mystical tongues. And the female voice was a dark, Middle Eastern chanteuse, when I first heard them in the early 90s.

  • @lovesGenet Josquin and Willaert are from the Low Countries, Gesualdo and Monteverdi are Italian. Not really eastern Europe. (though wonderful music)
