  • John is probably one of the only true Irish tenors...the other operatic tenors are grat too, but this man is a true Irish tenor who has captured the hearts of so many people...Thank you John...It's good to see you again even though on the internet....

  • @MrPTBowen My wife and I had a chance to meet John a few weeks ago at the Cleveland Irish Festival.Just a wonderful guy and so down- to- earth. My dad also was in WW2,and can be seen at the end of the video.

  • I believe he is one of the few that means every word of his songs. He believes in what he sings. Janet Bowen Cardona

Hi Lawrence...thank you for your email. John was a performer at Molly McGuire's in Ottawa back in the mid 70's and I actually played while he sang and then the place went nuts and everyone including John danced on the tables...It was a time when life was simple and fun...and humble...thanks again...Have a great day...

  • My grandpa was in WW1 and my Dad was in WW2 and I have seen active service too...thank you John...this is a true memorial...God Bless You, John...

  • God Bless ya for bringing this to us !

  • @barmbrackthecat I have no idea where he was living when he was discovered.I personally discovered, what a great singer he was when I first heard him sing with the 3 Irish tenors.
