@julianoa4l (part 2) After playing another 10k in slot machine, I asked to chashout some of my money, Finally after a week they told me because I played blackjack surrender, they voided my winnings and send my original deposit back. loosing money in a casino is not a big deal for me, (specially loosing the winnings) I play to enjoy and I know 95 out of 100 times I loose but they should at least inform their customers with the right info instead telling them lies.

@julianoa4l I contacted their online support and asked them if playing blackjack is allowed, their response was all kind of blackjacks will worth 1/3 towards the bonus. So I played blackjack surrender. After wagering close to $30K($9K more than required for wagering), I contacted them and asked if I can cash out some of my money, they said, blackjack surrender is not counted towards the bonus and I need to play other games now. So I played slot machine wagering another 10K. (Read the next one.)

After winning if you ask for withdraw, they will find something to void your winnings. They cheated me out of $2000 of my winnings. you are better off going to another casino
